Q: How much will it cost to frame my project?

A: There are many variables to the final cost of a Custom Framing project. The frame you choose, type of glass, whether you use matting and what type, etc.  The only way we can give you an accurate price is for you to bring in all items you would like to include in the project.  We then go over all options with you to find the best possibilities.

 

Q: How long will it take to pick out what I want?

A: This will depend on the complexity of your project. If it's fairly straight forward - such as standard matting and framing - then about 1/2 an hour should suffice.  If you have many seperate projects or desire additional layout and design, a collage for instance, then plan on more time. You can always make an appointment if that would work better for you.

 

Q: How long will it take for you to finish my project?

A: Again, this depends on the complexity, but generally it's about a two week turnaround time.  We get your contact information when you place your order and contact you as soon as we have your project completed.

 

Q: Do I have to pay for it before you complete the work?

A: We require a 50% deposit upon placing the order.  The balance is due when the order is picked up.

Q: Do you clean fabrics such as Jerseys, Cross Stitches, Textiles, etc. before framing them?
A: We do not clean any fabrics. If they need cleaning prior to framing we ask that you have that done before we begin your framing project.
